Journey To Mecca - About

  • What is the Ka’bah?

The Ka'bah, or Kabbah, is a cube-shaped building located inside the Haram mosque at Mecca, the holiest place in Islam. The mosque was built around the original Ka'bah, which, according to the Qu'ran, was built by the Prophet Abraham and his son Ishmael. Islamic traditions claim that the Ka’bah was first built by the first man, the Prophet Adam.
